Today, I am taking the plunge into homemade yogurt. I just mixed up my first batch and it was really easy. I hope that's not a bad sign. Only a few ingredients: milk, 7 oz. yogurt with active cultures, and a few teaspoons of powdered non-fat milk.
How can something so yummy and complex be this easy to make? Well, we will see in about 7 hours. Wish me luck. If it works out, I will post the recipe.
