The website is fantastic.  This amazing homemaker gardens and preserves her harvest to live on throughout the seasons.  She offers helpful advice on home storage, gardening, and awesome recipes.  Sometimes, she even calculates the total cost to feed her brood following the day's menu plan.  Today, I see a recipe for Apricot Vanilla Jam just in time for all those apricots next month...
