This is an easy (no cooking required) recipe for yummy cranberry sauce.
Ingredients:
2 cans (16 oz) whole cranberry sauce
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
~OPTIONAL- stir in 1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz) drained~
Get out a large mixing bowl and combine ingredients. Toss until well mixed. Garnish with a little orange zest if you like. Refrigerate up to a week. Serve in a pretty dish and enjoy!
