Thank You!


This post is for Candy of Lazy J Bar C Farm and blog.  I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you for posting the green tomato salsa recipe that you got from Susan of Farmgirl Fare.


As you can see from the picture, I have made a LOT of it this week.  It really tastes great.  I added a 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup of lime juice and the Hubby says it tastes like his Aunt Catalina's Salsa Verde.

For anyone that has not yet followed Candy's blog, please go check it out HERE.  She's full of great homemaking ideas and recipes.  I get so many great recipes from Candy.  Everything from all purpose baking mix and homemade coffee creamer to whole wheat bread, and today she has posted a sweet potato roll recipe.  YUM!  Can't wait to try that one too.

    That does look like a great recipe. My tomatoes where a pretty big failure this year--they just stopped producing and didn't even have green tomatoes.
